A. I love taking custom orders, Julio does not take any custom orders. I do have one disclamer on custom orders. Do to the nature of boro the colors my vary and might not come out the exact same as the orginal set of beads/bead. If you are alright with that, please give my gallery a look through or any sets/bead that have been sold here on the site, or etsy. On my gallery page, I have numbered and priced all the bead sets I can redo for you. Some beads I can not redo for you do to the color no longer being avalable, or just can not be redone at all, do to the color being temprimental.

Q. How long will it take to get my custom order?

A. Depending on how big the order is, and if I have any other orders ahead of yours, it can take up to 2 weeks or more to finish your beads. I will give you an estimaded time and if it will be longer than what I quoted, I will email you and let you know.

Q.Where can I order your beads?

A. Our beads are available for purchase via our Etsy shop, right here on the website, and some times ebay. Our gallery pages are basically our portfolio - these are beads that have already been sold, and are shown as a representation of our work.

Q. Do you have a mailing list I can join?

A. Right now, I do not have a mailing list you can join. I am working on getting one set up.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

Q. How soon will I get my beads?

A.I try to get beads out within 2 days of purchase. I will let you know that your beads have been shipped, so you know to keep an eye out for them.

Returns/Refunds:

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your beads! For returns/refunds in the same condition the items were sent: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased here at Redside Designs, you may return it for a refund. You must contact me first within 7 days of receipt of the item. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. For replacement of broken beads up to 6 months after you purchase them: If a lampwork bead should break during the first 6 months, you may return it for a free replacement. Please email me and let me know if this happens. Breakage does not happen offten, but does sometimes happen. Please do take reasonable care when using the beads - they are glass.

Payments:

Q. What payments do you accept?

A. I accept PayPal, personal checks (beads will not be shipped until the check clears) and money orders. I prefer PayPal, as it's easiest for everyone in the end. As an alternative, I can take all major credit cards, but it will have to be over the phone. If you would like to pay this way give me an email and I can set up a time to call you to get your credit card numbers. I will keep the numbers in file for up to 2 months (unless told not to) after that I will premanitly destroy the numbers. **Please do not email credit card numbers***

Q. Do you teach lampworking?

A.At this time we are not able to teach. But, we are going to do it when we can get the shop set up to have students. Right now our shop is not the most comfortable place to be, once we get it all set up, I will be making an announcement that we are starting to teach. The first couple of students we have will get a first time student discount. So, be on the look out for that announcement.

Q. Do you make/sale jewelry with your beads?

A.Sometimes do I make jewelry for sale. I tend to do it for the holidays. Mostly necklaces, if do make jewelry to sell.

Q. I've made jewelry (or anything) out of the beads I bought from you - can I be in the Buyers Hall of Fame Gallery?

A. Yes! I would love it if you emailed me a picture or two of the item you made. I will also include a link to the piece or website, and any info about yourself you would like me to add.
